Shipping
Shipping costs within the European Union on orders over €199 are usually free. For resellers and oversize items they vary depending on the amount and total weight of the items in the cart and are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Shipments are handled with FedEx or UPS.
*Please note: Above the 25kg threshold and up to 70kg there is a shipping contribution for package handling.
Items over 70kg in weight cannot be shipped via courier and require cargo handling, so the site will automatically block the purchase option: write to us to arrange shipping
Items ordered will be processed in one shipment.
Together with the package(s) containing the purchased items, the customer will receive a commercial invoice for them. In case of loss of the sales document, a copy can be requested from customer service via e-mail in PDF format.
For shipments by courier, the shipping amount will be charged on the invoice.
In any case, return shipping costs are understood to be due and to be borne by the customer, even if the customer avails himself of the right of withdrawal (referred to in the relevant section), or refuses the shipment and wants for any reason to return to the sender the goods regularly ordered.
The shipping costs for return of the goods to our warehouse, however, are the full responsibility of the customer.
Insurance
Insurance of the goods will be the responsibility of the user and will appear in the shopping cart as a pre-selected option, purchasable at the customer's discretion. In order to activate the insurance coverage, it is recommended to ask the courier for the “RESERVE OF CONTROL” at the time of delivery.
