Shipping
costs for Italy for orders of € 200.00 and over are free of charge. In other cases and for resellers, they vary depending on the amount and total weight of the items in the cart and are calculated automatically during the purchase process.
The ordered items will be processed in one shipment.
Together with the package(s) containing the purchased items, the customer will receive a commercial invoice for them. In case of loss of the sales document, it is possible to request a copy from customer service via e-mail in PDF format.
For items sent by courier, the amount of shipping will be charged on the invoice.
In any case, shipping costs are understood to be due and to be borne by the customer, even if the customer makes use of the right of withdrawal (referred to in the relevant paragraph), or refuses the shipment and wants to the sender, for any reason, the goods regularly ordered. However, shipping costs for the return of the goods to our warehouse shall be borne in full by the customer.
Insurance
Insurance of the goods will be the responsibility of the user and will appear in the shopping cart as an option, purchasable at the customer's discretion. In order to activate the insurance coverage, it is recommended to ask the courier for the "RESERVE OF CONTROL" at the time of delivery.
