The Audient iD4 MKII is a compact yet extremely powerful USB audio interface, designed to deliver professional-quality sound in any situation, from home studios to mobile production. Despite its small size, it features studio-grade components that ensure clean, detailed recordings faithful to the original source.

At the heart of the iD4 is the Audient Console microphone preamp, a fully analogue and discrete design taken directly from the renowned Audient ASP8024-HE recording consoles. Offering 58 dB of gain, ultra-low noise and subtle analogue character, it delivers a natural, accurate and musical sound.

The 32-bit AD/DA conversion provides outstanding audio quality with a dynamic range of up to 126 dB, allowing you to capture every nuance and mix with greater confidence and precision.

The JFET instrument input is designed to emulate the input stage of a classic valve amplifier, giving guitars and basses a warm, authentic tone—perfect for use with amp simulators.

Fully USB-powered, the iD4 MKII requires no external power supply while still delivering true 48V phantom power, ensuring optimal performance with condenser microphones. It is also iOS compatible, allowing high-resolution recording directly to smartphones or tablets.

For monitoring, the iD4 offers a complete and reliable solution: dual headphone outputs (6.3 mm and 3.5 mm) driven by a professional-grade headphone amplifier capable of powering headphones up to 600 Ohms, plus stereo line outputs for studio monitors. The Monitor Mix function enables real-time input monitoring with zero latency during recording.

Thanks to the integrated loopback feature, the iD4 MKII is also ideal for streaming, podcasting and content creation, allowing you to record both microphone and computer audio simultaneously.

Its compact, lightweight, all-metal construction makes the Audient iD4 MKII a robust, portable and dependable solution—small in size, big in performance.
