The Ernie Ball Most Valuable Pedal allows you to control the volume level with your foot in the most precise and linear way, without any loss in the high frequencies. It works with both active and passive electronics, and also includes a powerful gain emphasis, allowing you to "boost" the signal by up to +20 decibels. The MVP offers a compact and robust design, with a chassis machined from a billet of aluminum that is virtually indestructible. It requires a minimum power supply of 9V DC/100mA, or a 9V battery.
