Hand-built in Santa Barbara, California, the Alnico 2 Pro humbucker pickups use an alnico 2 bar magnet, silver nickel bottom plate, 4-conductor wire for multiple wiring options, and are wax sealed for squeak-free operation

The highs of the Alnico 2 Pro bridge humbucker are articulate and smooth, while the lows are warm and spongy. Combined with a high gain tube amp, the overdriven tone is expressive and full of feeling. For over 25 years Slash was the champion of this pickup and used them exclusively on Appetite for Destruction, which became the best-selling debut album of all time.
