The Tone Zone® is warm enough to qualify as a high-output pickup, but it has a wider dynamic range: hard picking will produce a lot of power, and softer picking will be much cleaner and quieter.

It has outstanding bass and mid-bass response to reinforce the bass and make the overall sound bigger. The higher single notes have depth and the chords sound huge.

Patented dual resonant coils reproduce more harmonics than you would expect from such a fat pickup.

It is a great match for Air Norton ™, PAF Joe ™ or PAF Pro®, and the split-coil mode also produces an excellent single-coil sound.
