The Vintage Modified '68 Custom Deluxe Reverb offers a wonderful balance of vintage Fender sound with modern touches and a touch of customization. It is a great choice for guitarists looking for that classic Fender tone with a bit more grit and character.

1968 was a transitional year in the history of Fender amplifiers, thanks to a sound true to tradition combined with a completely new look. With its sliver-turquoise panel and silver “drip edge” grille, the '68 Custom amps celebrate the due homage to the history of the great amps of the late 1960s, with lots of respect and... a dash of modernity.

The Deluxe Reverb has always been a perfect amplifier, in size and power, for both live and studio use.

Both channels feature reverb and Fender Vibrato with Speed and Intensity controls, and the “custom” channels have the Bassman® tone stack option that ensures today's guitarists maximum tonal flexibility, especially when paired with pedals. In addition, the amps are all equipped with Schumacher transformers (like the originals), valve-driven spring reverb, and Celestion® cones that can give the mix a pleasant rock 'n' roll aftertaste

Its 22 watts of power are generated by two 6V6 Groove Tube tubes, four 12AX7 preamps, two 12AT7s and a 5AR4 rectifier and a 12” Celestion G12V-70 cone.

The sound is the classic Fender Silverface tone of the late 1960s: You can get classic crystal clear and defined Clean Fendere, or “Fat” and ovedrive sounds perfect for The Blues and Rock, and with the second channel you can push yourself to more aggressive sounds.

Rounding out this stunning amp are two-switch footswitches and Inlusi covers.
