The Mérida PSA-200H-FO is a thin body electro-acoustic guitar designed to deliver reliable stage performance, combining quality tonewoods, comfortable playability, and elegant aesthetics.
The solid spruce top with flamed Okoume produces a rich and bright tone, balanced between mid and high frequencies, with warmth and harmonic character and excellent projection. The flamed Okoume back enhances overall resonance, adds visual depth, and, together with the High Gloss finish, highlights the natural wood grain while protecting the instrument, giving it a professional appearance.
The 25.59" (650 mm) scale length ensures balanced string tension and precise intonation across all 20 frets. The Okoume neck with Slim C profile provides smooth and fast playability, while the 1.88" (48 mm) nut width offers comfortable spacing for complex chords and technical passages.
The rosewood fingerboard and bridge contribute to a warm and responsive sound, while the natural bone nut and saddle improve vibration transfer, enhancing sustain and tonal balance.
For live performances, the guitar features the Mérida CV-01 Stage Pickup System with headphone output, designed to capture the natural character of the instrument and deliver clear, defined amplification.
No more battery issues: the system includes a replaceable and rechargeable 3.7V – 2000 mAh lithium battery, ensuring reliability during long performances.
Designed for the stage but equally suitable for studio and recording, the Mérida PSA-200H-FO comes with a padded Mérida gig bag, ideal for protecting the instrument during transport.
