Il Filter'Tron® è uno dei pickups per i quali abbiamo ricevuto più richieste nel corso degli anni. Ma naturalmente dovevamo aggiungere i nostri miglioramenti, come l'adattamento alle dimensioni di un humbucker standard. Magneti AlNiCo2, covers custom, molta personalità.
Partendo da una Country Gentleman anni '60 come punto di riferimento, siamo andati oltre la classica timbrica humbucker Rock-A-Billy aggiungendo un po' di "salsa segreta" Lollar. Il pickup al manico è caldo e burroso, con alti nitidi e presenti. Il pickup al ponte è grosso e forte, con bassi ricchi e grande chiarezza. Insieme, brillano e picchiano con grinta. Coprono tutti i generi, dal rock "OZ" al "Nashville Super Pickers" fino al "Hot Rods and Hot Babes"… Go Man, Go! Nota: Il LollarTron ha dimensioni humbucker standard. This was more like the dragon chasing us - over the years it's been one of our most requested pickup designs. Of course, we had to add our own twists, including sizing it to drop into a standard humbucker rout. A2 magnets, custom covers, lot's of attitude.
Starting with a '60s Country Gentleman as a benchmark, we went after the classic rock-a-billy 'bucker tone, adding some Lollar "secret sauce" along the way. The neck pickup is warm and buttery, with a clear, present top end. The bridge pickup is fat and honky, with a rich low end and great clarity. Combined, they sparkle and spank with clarity and punch. They'll cover everything from "OZ" rock to "Nashville Super Pickers" to "Hot Rods and Hot Babes"... Go Man, Go! Please note: The LollarTron uses a standard humbucker - sized rout.
