The Fender American Professional Telecaster is a professional Made in USA electric guitar that combines the iconic Telecaster sound with modern features designed to provide enhanced comfort, versatility, and reliability. Building on more than seventy years of Fender innovation, this American Professional Telecaster is designed to meet the demands of professional musicians both on stage and in the studio.

The classic Telecaster Ash body is paired with a Maple neck featuring a comfortable Deep "C" profile, rolled fingerboard edges, and a Super-Natural Satin finish on the back of the neck. The result is a smooth, comfortable playing feel, ideal for rhythm playing, bending, and lead work.

This guitar features a pair of V-Mod III Single-Coil Telecaster pickups, designed to provide enhanced articulation while retaining the characteristic twang, bright attack, and distinctive punch that have made the Telecaster a legendary instrument.

The SS pickup configuration and 3-position blade switch provide quick access to the bridge pickup, bridge and neck pickup combination, and neck pickup. The Push-Push Tone control additionally activates the Series mode, delivering a more powerful and fuller sound compared to the traditional Telecaster configuration.

The 3-Saddle Top-Load/String-Through Telecaster bridge with ClassicGear Compensated Brass Bullet Saddles offers flexible stringing options, allowing the player to choose between top-load and string-through configurations.

The compensated brass saddles retain the characteristic Telecaster tone while providing improved intonation adjustment. The flexible bridge design also allows players to tailor string tension and response to suit different playing techniques and musical styles.

The Maple neck features a comfortable Deep "C" profile, designed to provide a natural hand position and balanced response while playing.

The Maple fingerboard has a 9.5" (241 mm) radius and features 22 Narrow Tall frets, making it particularly well suited to bending, vibrato, and precise lead playing. The rolled fingerboard edges provide an especially smooth and comfortable feel.

The back of the neck features a “Super-Natural” Satin Urethane finish, while the headstock face has a Gloss Urethane finish.

The American Professional Telecaster is equipped with ClassicGear Precision Potentiometers, designed to provide smooth and consistent control operation with precise resistance, custom torque, and a musical taper for reliable volume and tone adjustments.
