JBL BandBox Trio

AI Guitar Amplifier and Portable Speaker with 4-Channel Mixer and Bluetooth

The JBL BandBox Trio is an innovative all-in-one guitar amplifier and portable speaker with AI technology, designed for musicians, singers and bands who want to practice, play, improvise and create music with one complete and versatile system.

Thanks to Stem AI technology, the BandBox Trio can separate vocals, guitar and drums from the tracks being played in real time, allowing you to isolate, reduce or remove individual parts and play directly along with the music. It is an ideal solution for practicing solos, working on riffs, creating customized backing tracks and improving your performances.

The JBL BandBox Trio delivers 135 W RMS of power and features a full-range sound system consisting of a 6.5" woofer and two 25 mm tweeters. Its frequency response of 50 Hz – 20 kHz provides wide-range sound reproduction suitable for instruments, music playback and vocals. The combination of power and multi-way speaker design makes the BandBox Trio ideal for rehearsals, jam sessions, small live performances and everyday music practice.
Stem AI Technology

Stem AI technology is one of the key features of the JBL BandBox Trio. While playing a track, you can separate vocals, guitar and drums in real time, allowing you to focus on a specific musical part.

For example, you can reduce the original guitar part and play your own, isolate a particularly challenging solo or change the key of a song to suit your instrument or vocal range.
Integrated 4-Channel Mixer

The built-in 4-channel mixer makes the BandBox Trio highly versatile for small groups and jam sessions. The various inputs allow you to connect instruments and microphones and manage the mix directly from the unit.

The large integrated color LCD display makes it easy to manage channels, settings, amplifier models and effects, including during live use.
Built-in Amplifier Models and Effects

The JBL BandBox Trio features guitar amplifier models ranging from clean tones to high-gain sounds, along with a wide selection of effects for customizing your sound.

Available effects include phaser, chorus, tremolo, delay and reverb, allowing you to create different tones without having to carry a complete pedalboard. Dedicated vocal effects are also available, including reverb and delay.
Practice and Music Creation Tools

The BandBox Trio includes a range of tools designed for music practice and creativity, including:

Tuner
Metronome
Drum machine
Looper
Pitch changer
Key changer

The looper allows you to quickly create rhythmic parts and layer new ideas, while the pitch changer and key changer let you adapt songs to your vocal range or instrument.

Bluetooth 5.4 allows you to stream music wirelessly from compatible devices, while the USB-C connection allows the BandBox Trio to be used as an audio interface and connected directly to a computer for recording through a DAW.

USB audio supports PCM 48 kHz / 24-bit, 2-channel, making the BandBox Trio suitable for recording musical ideas and practice sessions.

The JBL BandBox Trio is equipped with a 68 Wh Li-ion battery, offering up to 10 hours of battery life, depending on volume and playback content.

The battery is also replaceable, allowing you to extend practice and performance sessions without constantly relying on mains power.

Through the JBL One App, you can control and customize numerous BandBox Trio functions, including equalization, volume, effects, amplifier models, key settings and practice tools.

The app also allows you to manage Stem AI separation features and customize your sound setup.
